Built the digital marketing and sales function and sat on the management team. Ran the e-commerce that accounted for nearly 90 percent of revenue, grew web traffic by 500 percent and took the business to six markets.

SYN ÖGONKLINIK
Filled an empty booking calendar in three months, quadrupled revenue and built a three-month waiting list. Fully private, with no regional contract.
