Building the company together with my wife, with AI as the engine in how we work. I have built marketing infrastructure and automated systems from the ground up for two digital products built with AI, everything from tracking architecture and pipelines to an analytics dashboard with integrated AI and an automated outreach flow. I continuously test and evaluate new tools, models and LLM integrations to understand what actually works in practice.

2022 — 2025

Head of digital marketing and e-commerce, responsible for strategy, hands-on execution and the prioritisation of external partners in performance marketing and web. I led a team and combined people management, requirements work and hands-on delivery. The role was part of the management team.

Drove the development of a scalable growth model with an always-on funnel, automated processes and clear KPIs. From 2024, a strong focus on integrating AI into core workflows to increase speed and quality.

When the company shifted from growth to cost optimisation we adapted quickly. Kept profitability and steady progress despite significantly fewer resources. E-commerce accounted for nearly 90% of revenue.

Responsible for e-commerce and digital sales, from strategy to daily optimisation. Rebuilt the structure in Google Ads and Meta Ads and improved the profitability of the channels. Established an automated email funnel that became an important new revenue stream.

Built a tech stack that supported scalable advertising, SEO and automated flows. Drove projects such as a platform migration (CMS/e-commerce) and annual customer surveys.

Clinic Manager

2018 — 2019

Overall responsibility for the non-medical side of the clinic. Expanded the premises and hired several new staff members. By the time I left, revenue had quadrupled since the start and we had a three-month waiting list, fully private and with no contract with the region.

Implemented new systems (payroll, point of sale and ERP) alongside the integration of an optical operation. Built up structured people processes.

Marketing Manager

2016 — 2018

Joined a clinic with a fairly empty booking calendar. Within two to three months the calendar was full. Soon we could also hire, raise prices and specialise the services.

I created these results through Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, a blog and automated email flows. I also produced graphic material, arranged lectures and edited video for YouTube when needed.
