This is a simulation of how a machine reads your CV against a job ad, built on Teamtailor’s public documentation. Teamtailor is the most widely used recruitment system in Sweden, an applicant tracking system or ATS.
It shows how their screening logic could read your CV, never what a particular company has actually configured. Only the employer knows their own thresholds.

How it works
The model reads the ad through a recruiter’s eyes, as the person about to set the system up, and writes the five to eight criteria she would plausibly enter.
A criterion only gets a yes when your CV says so outright, and a no only when it says otherwise. Everything in between becomes a dash. That is the whole point, because the dash is what makes a qualified application sink without anyone saying no.
The literal check runs in code, not in the model, and only on words where spelling actually decides. The AI lists the ad’s terms and your browser then matches them word for word against your CV text. Concepts that can be expressed in many ways are not checked at all.
The CV Scanner is a simulation built on Teamtailor’s public documentation. It has no connection to Teamtailor, cannot see the employer’s actual settings, and does not know whether they have even switched AI screening on. Model: Claude Sonnet. Neither the ad nor your CV is stored by this site.
